Join us for an in-person presentation about the PERA pension benefit! A PERA representative will be traveling across Minnesota to 10 different cities. Two sessions will be offered at each location, except for St Paul:

May 2026
Detroit Lakes: May 14, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
June 2026
Duluth: June 11, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Apple Valley: June 18, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
July 2026
Mankato: July 16, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Stillwater: July 24, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
August 2026
Maple Grove: August 6, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
St Cloud: August 13, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
September 2026
Virginia: September 17, 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
October 2026
St Paul: October 16, 10 a.m.
Program Description: The From Hire to Retire program is designed for all PERA members and discusses the PERA pension in detail.
Program highlights include:
- PERA’s pension benefit options
- Life events that may impact your benefit
- Decisions members must make at retirement
- Retirement application process
- Self-service tools and resources
Length: One hour plus time for all your questions to be answered.
Who Should Attend: This program is for all PERA members, no matter what career stage you may be in. All sessions will have the same content.
