PERA’s Continuity of Operations Plan

As COVID-19 continues to impact the community, PERA is taking steps to protect the health and safety of our staff, members, and employers. While we are still open for business, all one on one counseling appointments will be by phone only. You can reach our member services team at 651-296-7460 to set up an appointment or have your questions answered.

• All one on one counseling appointments will be scheduled as phone appointments.
• Programs and outreach events will be conducted via webinar.
• PERA forms and documents can be dropped into a secure box in the lobby of our St. Paul office building.
• Employer services will continue to be available for participating local government and schools, please call 651-296-3636.

These changes will allow us to use our resources more efficiently while still providing you the same level of service. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community safe.
