Beginning April 1, we will roll out the ability to virtually attend a member program via webinar.
The two program options PERA will have available–
‘Ready to Retire’ program that is best suited for members who plan to retire within one year. This new program will address the decisions you need to make at retirement, and the steps you need to take to apply. We will go through the choices everyone should consider before retirement and show you how to find and submit the materials to start your benefits.
We will also roll out our newest program option, From Hire to Retire, for members at any stage in their PERA careers. This program will explain more about what PERA means to you. Learn what work or life events might affect your pension, how your benefits work, and how to keep up-to-date on your information using MY PERA as you get closer to retirement.
